HO-HO-KUS—Traitorous as it may seem, the Hermitage hosted an English car show the same day the United States faced off against England in the World Cup. National pride aside, the historic site served as perfect grounds for a car show featuring Jaguars, MGs, Austin-Healeys and countless other classic cars and motorcycles. Around 200 people showed up Saturday to admire the autos and tour the historic Gothic home with proceeds benefiting the Hermitage. Ridgewood Patch was on hand to photograph the event at the site just past the village border.
