She's A Woman: Glen Rock Armed Robbery Suspect Arrested

The arrest comes after the suspect allegedly robbed a bank in Connecticut before robbing a bank in Glen Rock.

Police have arrested the person responsible for stealing at least $112,000 at gunpoint from a bank in Glen Rock - and yes, she is a woman.

The woman, from White Plains, N.Y., has not been identified but was arrested in Atlantic City Thursday after robbing a Connecticut bank on Jan. 30 and the Glen Rock Savings Bank on Feb. 18, Cliffview Pilot reported.

Police say the 5’ 7” medium built woman was wearing “a red wig, black coat, white boots or some type of white material pulled down over the boots” when she entered the Glen Rock Savings Bank at 10:25 a.m. and took as much as $120,000.

More details are expected to be released late Thursday or Friday morning, according to Cliffview Pilot.
