GLEN ROCK, NJ — Two teenagers were charged with trespassing after police found them at the municipal pool early Saturday morning, authorities said.
Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at the pool shortly after midnight Saturday. They found Trevor Abate, 18, of West Milford, and a 16-year-old Glen Rock girl at the pool, said Chief Dean Ackermann.
They were each charged with trespassing. Abate was released on his own recognizance pending an appearance in Glen Rock Municipal Court, Ackermann said. The girl was turned over to her mother's custody pending an appearance in juvenile court.
