Glen Rock Turning 2 Properties Into Affordable Housing: Report
Glen Rock is contributing $605,000 to the projects, according to a report.
GLEN ROCK, NJ — The borough is partnering with Nouvelle LLC to bring 13 units of affordable housing on Rock Road and Kenmore Place, according to a report on NorthJersey.com.
One of the projects is a three-story, 11-unit residence at 261 Rock Road. The other project is to develop an "independent special needs" project at 23 Kenmore Place, according to the report, which cited a memorandum of agreement between Nouvelle and the borough.
Glen Rock will transfer $605,000 from its Affordable Housing Trust Fund to help finance the project, the website reported.

The borough will provide the required items for the concept plans, including the zoning and building construction requirements, according to the report.
