Ice Cream Shop In Ridgewood Gets Congressional Recognition
Kilwins' owner Philip Davis received a certificate of Congressional recognition for supporting the local economy, Rep. Josh Gottheimer said.

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — It is great to see small businesses, like the Ridgewood ice cream shop Kilwins, "support the local economy and create jobs," U.S. Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) said after a visit to the parlor earlier this week.
He, and Bergen County Commissioner Ramon Hache, presented a certificate of recognition to Kilwins' owner Philip Davis for helping make North Jersey an "incredible place to live, work and do business," Gottheimer said.
From delicious ice cream and fudge, to chocolate-covered strawberries, the shop, Gottheimer said, provides excellent service to the community.
