Lawsuit Filed Against Glen Rock Schools by Two Mothers, Report Says

Sons were members of the wrestling team who sustained unspecified injuries related to the activity.

Mothers of two boys on the Glen Rock Middle School wrestling team have sued the board of education over unspecified injuries the two students sustained in 2012, according to a recent news report.

Northjersey.com reported that a suit filed on Aug. 26 in Superior Court by the mothers of the two students claims that the boys were injured due to negligence on the part of the district.

The suit does not specify the events surrounding the alleged injuries, only that they occurred on the grounds and were “severe and permanent” and “related to their participation” on the wrestling team, according to the report.
