Mathnasium of Glen Rock/Ridgewood Holds PI Day Celebration for Students March 13

Students can enjoy raffles, a pi eating contest, putting pi in an instructor's face, pi memorization, pi decoration and more.

Mathnasium of Glen Rock/Ridgewood will be holding a PI Day celebration on Friday, March 13 from 3 to 5:30 p.m. where students can join in for “an afternoon of fun games, food, raffle, and prizes,” according to a press release.

Students who register for the event can also participate in a pi eating contest, put pi in an instructor’s face, pi memorization and pi decoration while enjoying a pizza pie, apple pie and donuts pies.

And that’s not all. For every digit students can recite from the mathematical pi 3.14159265358979323846264338327950288419716939937510..., they will be given 1 raffle ticket for a drawing for 2 tickets to see the NY Jets.

Mathnasium will also have games and prizes for adults.
