RIDGEWOOD, NJ — Money orders mailed from the Ridgewood Post Office this month did not reach their intended receipient, police said.

A Haverstaw, New York resident reported the theft March 20. The victim sent three money orders through the post office, but they did not reach their intended destination in Binghamton, New York, police said.

The money orders were endorsed by "an unknown person" in Haverstaw, New York, police said.
