More Charges Filed Against Woman In Fatal Glen Rock Hit-And-Run

GLEN ROCK, NJ — Charges were upgraded against a woman who hit a man in a hit-and-run earlier this month after the man died Wednesday.
Marina M. Lee, 65, of Hawthorne was charged with leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle collision, acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo announced Friday afternoon.
Lee hit Biagio Lembo, 65, who was taken to St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center. He died Wednesday. (See related: Woman Charged In Glen Rock Hit-And-Run: Prosecutor)

Lee was originally arrested after Glen Rock police received a report at 8:24 p.m. March 5 about a pedestrian struck in a hit-and-run on Lincoln Avenue, Calo previously said.
Authorities determined that Lembo was trying to cross Lincoln Avenue when he was hit by a black SUV, Calo previously said. Lee and the SUV were later found in a parking lot on Godwin Avenue in Midland Park.
