BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Early forecasts for a snowstorm Wednesday night into Thursday have begun to fizzle — but snow may still be on the way.

The National Weather Service says there's a 30 percent chance of snow on Thursday. The night before, temperatures will drop to 16 degrees, they say.

Accuweather still advises that an inch could fall and roads could be slippery: "Snow and flurries at times in the morning, accumulating a coating to an inch; otherwise, cloudy; watch for slippery spots."
