Music And Event Lineup Released For Bergen County Fireworks And July 4 'Spectacular'

Bergen County has released its music and event lineup for its daylong July 4 spectacular. Get the details below.

RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ — Bergen County officials have released the live music and event lineup for the county’s second annual July 4 Star-Spangled Spectacular.

The day-long events will take place Overpeck County Park in Ridgefield Park.

The event is described as a patriotic afternoon of family fun, with two-dozen food trucks, a beer and wine garden, and fireworks over Overpeck Creek.

The evening will feature the New Jersey Wind Symphony with a performance of Tchaikovsky's "1812 Overture," complete with live artillery from Howitzer cannons.

Festivities are set to begin at 2:30 p.m. in the Ridgefield Park section of Overpeck County Park.

The rain date is July 5.

2 p.m. – Event opens with DJ, food trucks, beer garden, and youth entertainment (inflatables)

2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. – Glenn Roberts Country Band

4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. – Tempo Alegre Latin Band

6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. – Super Trans Am Band

8:00 p.m. – New Jersey Wind Symphony

9:30 p.m. – Fireworks

Bergen County’s Star-Spangled Spectacular is an official event of Bergen250, an initiative spearheaded by the Division of Cultural & Historic Affairs within the Bergen County Department of Parks. It's aimed at commemorating the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution through Bergen County’s diverse lens of people, places, and culture. The initiative was formally codified by the County Board of Commissioners by resolution on Jan. 17.
