Authorities launched an investigation after receiving information from Rochelle Park police about the incidents.

ROCHELLE PARK, NJ – A nursing assistant faces charges after authorities say he sexually assaulted a disabled person at the Rochelle Park medical facility he worked at.
Rodney Mills, 26, of Irvington, was arrested Tuesday and charged with aggravated sexual assault by contact and endangering the welfare of a disabled person, according to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella.
Authorities launched an investigation after Rochelle Park police received information on Sept. 27 that Mills had “intimately touched a disabled person and had that person intimately touch him,” Musella said.
