“This market is highly sought after due to its long-standing status as a major regional retail hub, with record-breaking sales numbers, traffic counts and outstanding accessibility,” she noted. “As brokers, we recognize a need for specialty offerings more and more, and understand the great demand for quality within the Greater Bergen County market. This new tenant is a great fit for the marketplace,” she said.

The plaza's other tenant is Starbucks.
