HO-HO-KUS, NJ – A grease fire that began in a duct above a stove damaged a popular Ho-Ho-Kus restaurant early Thursday morning, according to authorities.
Around 2 a.m., police received a report of an activated fire alarm at Albert’s Café Amici on Sycamore Avenue and arrived to find smoke coming from within the building, Police Chief Chris Minchin said.
