Report: GR Recycling Center Renovations Right on Track

Project should be complete in early October or sooner.

The $700,000 project to renovate the Glen Rock Recycling Center and expand the parking lot for nearby athletics supporters could be finished up in September or early October, according to a report in the Glen Rock Gazette.

The project calls for a total of 128 parking spaces for users of the municipal pool and Faber Field, but also an 18-space parking section for recyclers.

Residents can head to the Doremus Avenue facility and add all plastics, glass and tin in a single container at the facility, instead of separating the materials. There will be no change to other materials like carboard, newspaper or aluminum cans.
