Ridgewood Board Of Education Trustee Resigns

Christina Krause is stepping down and someone is needed to fill her seat on the board.

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — There will be a vacancy on the Board of Education at the end of the month.

Trustee Christina Krause will resign from the board July 30, said Superintendent Daniel Fishbein. The term will run from the time someone new is appointed until the annual school board election on April 21, 2020.

Interested residents may pick up an application of the board secretary's office at the district office at 49 Cottage Place or download one online.

The deadline to return applications is Tuesday, Sept. 3 at 4 p.m. Prospective candidates will be interviewed at a board meeting Sept. 9.
