Ridgewood Financial Services Company Named Top Place to Work in NJ

A financial services company in Ridgewood has been named one of the Best 100 Places to Work in New Jersey on a recently released ranking by NJ BIZ.

The publication ranked businesses based on employee and employer surveys and analyzing company policies, practices, philosophies and demographics.

The businesses will officially be recognized during an awards ceremony on May 1. The list consists of 62 small and medium-sized companies of 15 to 249 employees, and 38 large companies of more than 250 employees.

With 40 employees, Ridgewood’s Intac Actuarial Services Inc., made the small business section of the list. According to the ranking, 39 of its employees are NJ residents.

Intac, located on Route 17, administers retirement plans for small and mid-sized companies. It has been in business since 1977.

Employees told Patch that the company promotes a family-like atmosphere that creates an enjoyable work environment.
