An alleged drunk driver, who had an open container of alcohol in his vehicle, was arrested in Ridgewood Monday, according to police.Ridgewood Police responded to a report of an erratic driver just after 8 p.m. Monday and conducted a motor vehicle stop on Linwood Avenue and determined the driver was intoxicated, according to a press release.Fernando Pasion, 52, of Newark, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He accused was released pending an appearance in Ridgewood Municipal Court.
