In addition to barbecues and bake-outs that will likely be happening all over the village on Memorial Day, Ridgewood will also be hosting an official ceremony to commemorate the day. The village <a href="http://www2.ridgewoodnj.net/main_recent.cfm?ArticleID=1455" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">posted the following information</a> about the ceremony on its municipal website: American Legion Post 53 will conduct a Memorial Day service at 11am, Monday, May 26 at Memorial Park at Van Neste Square. All residents are invited to attend. Please bring a chair or blanket. The Legion hosts the ceremony each year.
