Ridgewood's Ice Cream By Mike Debuts Vegan Flavors

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — Now, vegans have an option when it comes to fresh-made ice cream in town.

Ice Cream by Mike debuted four vegan flavors recently: Vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and blueberry.

"Customers have been asking for vegan since we opened our original shop in Hackensack," said owner Michael Elias. "After some extensive testing, we’ve gotten the right consistency and flavor profile that we’re excited to share with our fans here in Ridgewood."

The vegan flavors, like all flavors at Ice Cream by Mike are made in small batches and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
