RIDGEWOOD, NJ — Ridgewood's schools will be closed this coming Wednesday to observe the Lunar New Year, and a festival will be held this Sunday.
Lunar New Year is the international holiday celebrated in many Asian countries and in the U.S.
Ridgewood's Asian American Pacific Islander group (AAPI) will be holding a festival at Ridgewood High School on Sunday.

The festival, which celebrates the Year of the Snake, will include performances, food, and a craft market.
It runs at Ridgewood High School from 12-4 p.m. at the Campus Center at Ridgewood High School.
