Snowstorm To Hit Bergen County Saturday: See Expected Accumulation
The forecast has been revised for Bergen County's pre-Super Bowl snowstorm, and a multiday storm is on the horizon for midweek.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Another snowstorm's on the way for Bergen County, and it's expected to drop 3-7 inches on the county by Sunday morning.
A winter storm watch is in effect for Bergen County from 7 p.m. Saturday through 11 a.m. Sunday. The sun should emerge after that.
The forecast is: "Snow before 1 a.m., then snow and sleet between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m., then snow after 4 a.m. Low around 28. Calm wind becoming east around 5 mph after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 100 percent. New snow and sleet accumulation of 3 to 7 inches possible." Further north near Mahwah, the prediction is 4-8 inches.
