Starbucks and Seven Other Retail, Restaurant Tenants to Open in New Ridgewood Strip Mall

Ridgewood will now be home to a new Starbucks and seven other restaurants and/or retail stores as a strip mall is being constructed from the ground-up on the intersection of Route 17 South and Linwood Avenue in Ridgewood, according to NorthJersey.com.

Laurence Liebowitz of Landmark Real Estate told NorthJersey.com that “the retail center is attracting strong interest from a range of possible tenants, including banks, fast-casual restaurants and an upscale men’s hair salon.”

The strip mall should be finished in late spring and stores are expected to open in the fall.
