GLEN ROCK, NJ — An Emerson man was arrested at a Glen Rock home Thursday afternoon after an alleged "road rage" incident, police said.

Then two occupants got out and approached the driver. One man reached inside the driver's car and knocked a cell phone out of his hand.
The second man allegedly "grabbed a fanny pack and held it up and stated 'I have a gun in here, I have a gun in here' while pointing the bag at the complainant. He then swung the bag at the complainant’s vehicle, breaking the passenger side mirror," police said.
The two men sped away, police said.
Officer Sarah Orsita obtained video surveillance images from a concerned resident that verified the incident, police said.
Orsita and Det. Sgt. James Calaski identified one of the suspects as an Emerson man who is "associated with a Glen Rock woman residing on the 200 block of Cornwall Road," police said.
The police were able to get a search warrant and brought a SWAT Team to the home.

Orsita and others arrested Delgato without incident, police said.

He was charged with:
- Possession of an imitation handgun during commission of a crime
- Aggravated asssault
- Terroristic threats
- Criminal mischief
Police did not find a gun.
Delgato was taken to Bergen County Jail to await an appearance before Central Judicial Processing at the Superior Court in Hackensack, police said.
