A Pompton Plains resident received quite a bill after his stay at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood – thousands were rung up on his credit card. According to Ridgewood police, the man discovered someone had racked up $12,193 on his credit card during the time he was at the hospital. Separately, a River Vale resident at Valley found someone had entered his car, taken his checkbook and prescription drugs. Detectives are investigating the pair of thefts.
