BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — With three tropical disturbances swirling in the Atlantic Ocean, heavy rains are expected throughout Thursday in Bergen County.

The National Weather Service says that as much as 1.5 inches of rain is expected Thursday, with wind gusts as high as 20 m.p.h.
