Kids in Ridgewood and Glen Rock will have an easy Monday, as will public sector employees in both towns. Both Village Hall, Borough Hall and each town's municipal libraries will be closed for Columbus Day. In Glen Rock, kids only have to attend classes for a half day. The Glen Rock school board will be meeting at 8 p.m. Village kids are a bit luckier, getting the entire day off. There will be no trash or recycling picked up in either town on Monday. School's back to a full day on Tuesday and all institutions will also be open as well.
