Former Library President Finishes Final Chapter

Rose Mary Dignam (nee Whelan), 88, of River Edge died on December 21, 2011.

Mrs Dignam was a parishioner of St Peter The Apostle R.C. Church in River Edge as well as a member of their Choir. She served in the River Edge Girl Scout Association, she was a former President of the Friends of the River Edge Library, a member of Starfish and a former president of AARP Chapter 23 in River Edge. 

Devoted wife of the late George (1988). Loving mother of Jeanne, Patricia and Glenn, George and Marianne, Mark and Laura. Dear sister of Catherine Cannon and Gertrude Sandor. Adored grandmother of Melody Hanke.
