The Bristal at Englewood Hosts Star of The Golden Bachelorette

Joan Vassos the star of the ABC Television program The Golden Bachelorette watched the debut of the program in a watch party held at The Bristal at Englewood. The residents held a prom-themed celebration in anticipation of the program's debut. Vassos was welcomed to The Bristal by Bob and Betty Nussman, the Prom King and Queen.

The 61 year-old Vassos, a mother of two, and grandmother of 4 is a school administrator from Rockland, Maryland. She was featured in The Golden Bachelor, making it to the top 12 before having to drop out of the program to help her daughter with a medical emergency.
