Things our fathers told us. It's a subject on the minds of many these days, considering Father's Day is around the corner.

To ask some folks to muse about their dear ol' dads after a Fair Haven Borough Council meeting Monday night turned out to be akin to a shaky audition for a homegrown comedy show — in a kid's basement.
