Missing Woman, 89, With Dementia Found Safe
She may have left with the dog seen in the photo.
UPDATE: Mercedes has been found safe, according to the Fanwood Police Department.
FANWOOD, NJ — Mercedes Concepcion, 89 of Fanwood, was reported missing on Wednesday at around 12:30 p.m.
Fanwood Police say she suffers from dementia and may have the dog shown in the photo with her. It is believed she walked away from her home along Glenwood Road on foot.

Mercedes is Hispanic with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, and a white undershirt.
