New Luxury Apartment Complex Coming To Union County
The multifamily complex includes 396 units and amenities like an outdoor pool, sundeck, a fitness center with Peloton bikes and more.
UNION COUNTY, NJ — A ribbon-cutting will take place on Wednesday to reveal a new luxury apartment complex in Union.
The new multifamily community, called Summit Court, is a 396-unit complex and is located less than a mile away from Kean Univerisity.
The executive teams from Diversified Properties and Fidelco Realty Group will be joined by Union Mayor Figueiredo and Senator Joseph P. Cryan at the ribbon-cutting at 10:30 a.m. on 1776 Patriot Way in Union.

Residents at this new complex will be able to utilize "resort-style" amenities like an outdoor pool and sundeck surrounded by BBQ and dining areas, as well as fire pits and lounge seating.
Inside the community’s clubhouse, residents can enjoy a fitness center featuring Peloton exercise bikes, a cardio and strength center and a virtual Fitness on Demand studio. A Wi-Fi lounge with a gaming area, a pet spa and a resident lounge with a catering kitchen are also available at the new complex.
