2 Incidents Of Sex Crimes In Secaucus Police Blotter, Sept. 2-Sept. 8
A man is charged with masturbating outside Kohl's and Marshall's. Separately, a man is accused of groping a teen girl on Paterson Plank Rd.
SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, here are all the arrests made last week, from Sept. 2 through Sept. 8.
On Aug. 31 at 3:18 p.m., it was reported to police that an individual was observed masturbating inside a motor vehicle in the parking lot of the Secaucus Kohl’s located at 3 Mill Creek Drive. It was further reported to the police a short while later that another individual observed a man masturbating in his vehicle in the parking lot of Marshall’s located at 400 Millcreek Drive. Secaucus Police detectives investigated and at 6:18 p.m. Sept. 3, police responded to Radio Avenue and arrested a 38-year-old male, Brian Digangi of Secaucus, NJ and charged him with two counts of Lewdness [2C:14-4B(1)]. Digangi was issued his complaint summonses and was released from police custody.
On Sept. 3 at 9:27 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 37-year-old man, Camilo Arguelles Quintero of North Bergen, NJ and charged him with Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)]. Arguelles Quintero was also found to have two outstanding warrants issued of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $1,300. He was issued his complaint warrant and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Sept. 4 at 1:04 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the parking lot of UPS located at 493 County Avenue on a report of a woman who appeared to be asleep in the driver’s seat of a motor vehicle. Police arrested a 38-year-old female, Nikiyah Linton of Newark, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Linton was also found to have 4 outstanding warrants issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $2,800 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Springfield, NJ in the amount of $750. Newark along with the Springfield did release Ms. Linton on her own recognizance pending future court dates. Ms. Linton was issued her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 3 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On Sept. 5 at 11:41 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Monmouth County Jail to take into custody a 35-year-old male, Zakare Konneh of Neptune, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,500. Konneh was unable to post bail and he was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

An incident of sexual contact was reported to police on Aug. 28, where a man reportedly groped a 15-year-old girl in the area of 1540 Paterson Plank Road. Secaucus Police say this happened on Paterson Plank Rd. closer to Hops Lane. A man allegedly grabbed the crotch area outside her pants of a 15-year-old girl as she walked by him on Paterson Plank Road. The girl reported the incident to Secaucus Police. On Friday afternoon, Sept. 6, police responded to the 200 block of Huber Street and took into custody a 74-year-old male, Domingo Rodriguez of Secaucus, NJ and charged him with Criminal Sexual Contact [2C:14-3B]. Rodriguez was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On Sept. 6 at 4:32 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Bergen County Jail to take into custody a 59-year-old male, Carlone Bridges of Luzerne, PA for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $600. Bridges was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Berlin Boro, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Bridges was unable to post bail and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Sept. 6 at 6:21 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old male, Savion Baskerville of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of East Windsor, NJ in the amount of $750. East Windsor Police did release Mr. Baskerville on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Baskerville was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and he was released from police custody.
On Sept. 6 at 7:10 p.m., Secaucus Police conducted a welfare check of an individual in the area of Roosevelt Avenue. During the investigation, the police arrested a 26-year-old female, Tiffany Franco of Airmont, NY for Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)]. Police also arrested a 29-year-old male, Keith Casas of Sloatsburg, NY for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Mr. Casas was subsequently charged with Being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10] and Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] by providing false information to the police. Mr. Casas was taken into custody in the area of 101 Plaza Centre Road. Ms. Franco was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. Mr. Casas was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
