Secaucus PD Stop Man For Not Using Crosswalk, Find Texas Warrant
A Secaucus police officer stopped a man who was crossing the street outside the crosswalk in the area of Meadowlands Parkway and Wood Ave.:

SECAUCUS, NJ — A Secaucus police officer stopped a man who was crossing Meadowlands Parkway outside of the crosswalk, near Wood Avenue Wednesday, and the man was found to be on a most-wanted list out of Texas.
At 8:23 a.m. Wednesday, Secaucus Police Officer Robert Schaffer "observed a man cause a safety hazard as he walked between multiple cars outside of a crosswalk, while other vehicles were traveling in both directions," said Secaucus Police in a press release announcing the arrest.
Schaffer stopped the man, identified as Tito Correa, 50, of Fort Worth, Texas.

"A warrant check revealed that Correa was wanted on the charge of arson by the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office in Texas. Furthermore, Tito Correa was listed on Tarrant County’s Most Wanted List," said Secaucus Police.
Correa was placed under arrest and charged with being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. He was issued a summons for Use of Designated Crosswalk [39:4-33]. He was lodged in the Hudson County Jail.
