SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:
On June 16 at 1:15 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Monmouth County Jail to take into custody a 33-year-old man of Asbury Park, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus in the amount of $3,000 with a 10% option. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On June 17 at 8:31 a.m., in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective division in relation to a theft, detectives arrested a 26-year-old man, Casey McClelland of Branchville, NJ for Theft {2C:20-3a} and Conspiracy to Commit Theft [2C:5-2/2C:20-3a]. On June 17 at 10:55 a.m., in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to a burglary to a trailer that occurred at 400 Park Plaza Drive on Dec. 29, 2024, police arrested a 41-year-old male, Gregory Lewis of Englewood, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ with no bail. The warrant was issued for the charge of Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)] and Theft [2C:20-3A] for the trailer burglary. He was transported to the Hudson County jail.
On June 17 at 5:36 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 30-year-old male of North Bergen, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. He was issued a complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On June 21 at 2:02 a.m., incident to a motor vehicle stop for suspicion of Driving While Intoxicated near the intersection of Cove Court and Meadowlands Parkway, Secaucus Police arrested a 37-year-old man of of Newark, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated (39:4-50). He was served several motor vehicle summonses, including one for Reckless Driving (39:4-96), and was released to the custody of a responsible adult.
On June 22 at 3:31 p.m., incident to a motor vehicle stop for suspicion of Driving While Intoxicated near the intersection of Kiesewetter Lane and Farm Road, Secaucus Police arrested a 65-year-old man of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated (39:4-50). He was served several motor vehicle summonses, including one for Reckless Driving (39:4-96), and was released to the custody of a responsible adult.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
