Apartment Maintenance Worker Charged with Theft
Royal Oaks Apartment employee allegedly stole cash from a residence where he was performing repairs.

A former maintenance worker at the Royal Oaks Apartment complex was charged Tuesday with stealing funds from a home where he was performing repairs.
Jeffrey Feldman, 33, of Dayton, allegedly took $400 from an apartment last month.
In April, a resident of Sweet Briar Court reported the theft of cash from her home. However, Police Det. Ken Herman determined that there was no forced entry to the apartment.

Further investigation revealed that Feldman had allegedly gained entry to the apartment to perform repairs during the time period the resident was not home and had taken the cash, according to police.
Feldman was turned over to East Brunswick Police on an outstanding warrant from their municipal court and was fired by Royal Oaks Management.
