Driver Sustains Life Threatening Injuries in Accident on Georges Road
Police reporting heavy traffic in area of Georges Road near Route 130 and Deans Rhode Hall Road.
A motorcycle driver sustained life threatening injuries during a rush hour accident on Georges Road.
South Brunswick Police spokesman Sgt. Jim Ryan said the accident involved a motorcycle and a truck, causing the driver of the motorcycle to be transported by medevac to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.
The medevac landed at Brooks Crossing Elementary School at approximately 5:45 p.m. temporarily shutting down Deans Rhode Hall Road.

Heavy traffic has been reported on all surrounding roadways. Police are advising motorists that Georges Road will be shut down between Route 130 and Deans Rhode Hall Road for at least the next hour.
