Flu Vaccine Clinic, Traffic Enforcement: South Brunswick This Week

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ - Good morning, neighbors. Here's another edition of the Monday Manual where we tell you what's happening in town this week:

Flu Vaccine Clinic

South Brunswick has partnered with Middlesex County to host a free flu vaccine clinic for residents, on Monday, Oct. 16. The clinic will be held at the Municipal Building Main Meeting Room, from 1 p.m.- 3 p.m. Walk-ins are welcomed but will be taken after scheduled appointments. The clinic will be offering the Quadri-valent flu shot but not Prevnar 13 or the Pneumovax vaccine. The clinic will not be offering the "Senior" flu vaccine

All participants are required to fill out the registration/consent form. All registration/consent forms must be printed and submitted at the time of sign-up, if not arrive 10 minutes prior to the appointment time to complete your paperwork. Each individual who is signing up for the vaccine must fill out a form separately.

In an effort to address recurring traffic safety concerns within the Township, the South Brunswick Police Department will be conducting the following directed traffic enforcement details through Oct. 20:

  • West Side:
    Heathcote Road - Speeding, distracted driving, and weight limit ordinance violations
  • East Side:
    Georges Road - Speeding, distracted driving, and weight limit ordinance violations
