Here's how the primary election in South Brunswick shaped out:
SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — With all districts reporting results, the Democratic ticket of Ann Grover, Noor Jafar and Patricia Germain Foster held a significant lead in the South Brunswick Council's Democratic primary election.
The trio endorsed by the Middlesex County Democratic Organization, faced competition from Magesh Kamalakannan.
The Middlesex County website shows a total of 7,687 votes were cast. According to unofficial results Grover, Jafar, and Foster received the maximum number of votes.

They are poised to face Republicans Michael J. Havardansky, Brian Wojaczyk and Steven R. Simon, who ran unopposed in the GOP primary.
