South Brunswick To Host New Orleans-Style Jazz Concert On Friday

The Gumbo Gumbas will be bringing their special brand of music to the township.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ – Just in time for Mardi Gras season. Experience the rich culture and music of New Orleans with a jazz concert this Friday.

The Gumbo Gumbas will be bringing their special brand of music to the township in a special concert. They describe themselves as a “delicious medley of authentic New Orleans Jazz with a side of Creole.”

“We get our influences from the city that started it all in American music, New Orleans, and blend the elements of jazz, zydeco, R&B, country and rock into a big old-fashioned southern stew,” according to the band.

The Gumbo Gumbas will be spreading the NOLA vibe at Municipal Complex. Tickets are priced at $6. There will be fresh refreshments and BYOB. Enjoy complimentary refreshments and BYOB.

Gates open at 7:15 p.m. and the concert begins at 8 p.m.
