Enjoy the Spring by learning a simple technique leading to the deepest levels of peace and joy. Jim has been meditating for over 30 years and will demonstrate how meditation can enrich one's life, personally, professionally and spiritually.

Not only is this passionate and intoxicating dance enjoyable to actually do yourself, it is also good for you. Researchers have discovered that dancing tango improves balance, cardiac health, and emotional health. All are welcome.
