Car Crashes Into Union County Dunkin' From Route 22: Police

An accident on Route 22 Friday morning caused a car to crash into the Dunkin' building in Springfield, police said.

UNION COUNTY, NJ — A two-vehicle accident on Route 22 caused one car to leave the highway and crash into a Dunkin' in Springfield, according to Springfield Police Chief John Cook.

Cook said there were no reported injuries from the crash Friday morning. The Springfield Fire Department and building inspector were on the scene.

Cook said the Dunkin' building has been closed due to structural damage. The Dunkin' is located at 30-37 US-22 in Springfield.
