Holiday Harmony: Maplewood Glee Club to Deck the Halls with 'Oh, What
Local men's chorus and friends prepare annual holiday show for Sunday, December 10 at 3pm
Get ready to usher in the holiday spirit with the Maplewood Glee Club and their much-anticipated holiday concert - “Oh, What Fun!” - coming Sunday, December 10 at 3 pm, to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Maplewood.
Known for their unique blend of harmony and good humor, the glee club has assembled another family-friendly batch of holiday favorites including "Deck the Halls" and "Feliz Navidad," as well as hidden treasures like "Still, Still, Still" and "Hanukkah in Santa Monica," and plenty of whimsical stocking stuffers like "Recycle the Fruitcake," “In Summer” from the movie Frozen and the theme from "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly" (which may or may not be about sweaters).
“We take our fun seriously, so we can’t wait to bring the title ‘Oh, What Fun!’ to life,” says club president Josh Adler. “It’s no exaggeration to say we look forward to this season all year. As long as our tuxes still fit.”
