5 Summit Chorus Students Join All-State Chorus

The five students were from grades 10 through 12.

SUMMIT, NJ — Five Summit High School students joined the All-State Chorus this year.

The students from Summit High School ranged from grades 10 through 12 and had to audition to earn a spot in the prestigious chorus.

"The students who were accepted this year into the All-State ensembles are already widely known among their peers as the top singers at Summit High School," said Daniel King, Director of Choral Activities at Summit High School. "It was very rewarding to see that the recognition of these students' abilities extends beyond the walls of our building and to see them successfully compete at a state-wide level. These students have worked extremely hard on their craft and their acceptance into these groups is well deserved."
