Blue Water Wave Launches Sixth Regional Chapter and New Ambassador Program
The networking organization expands to three New Jersey counties & 22 Ambassadors

Blue Water Wave (BWW), the premier networking organization known for its organic marketing approach, proudly announces the official launch of its newest chapter encompassing three northern New Jersey counties: Essex, Middlesex, and Union. This expansion reflects BWW’s ongoing growth and momentum since its founding in January 2020, most recently adding BWW Elite Women’s Alliance and the South Florida chapter in February 2025.
With a commitment to creating meaningful, results-driven connections for business leaders, founder and CEO Bridget Sorenson has established a new Ambassador Program that further drives the BWW mission. Each of the six regional chapters and seven special-interest networking groups are led by 22 BWW members who support meetings and in-person events, strengthening member engagement. The premier Essex/Middlesex/Union Chapter will be led by BWW member ambassadors Michael Kahn, Chuck Mathews, Robert Hanson, and Aaron Hannon.

Bridget Sorenson is the CEO of Blue Water Wave (BWW), an exclusive networking organization that does organic marketing for its members. With over two decades of experience in digital and events marketing, Bridget’s career has spanned across multiple industries, including legal services, commercial real estate, and C-Level consulting. She has worked for Fortune 100 & 500 companies in the aforementioned sectors, as well as in manufacturing, advertising, fashion and retail, such as Louis Vuitton, Ralph Lauren, and Northwestern Mutual. At the helm at BWW, Bridget bridges her business acumen with being “the wave,” as those closest to her deemed her, attributed to her keen sense of connecting professionals to drive their success.
