SUMMIT, NJ — Summit Police advise drivers to avoid Morris Avenue between Kent Place Boulevard and Norwood Avenue until 5 p.m. on Tuesday.

Police said the road is closed southbound due to construction work, and a detour is in place.

Drivers should expect heavy congestion and delays. Police said to plan an alternate route, if possible.
