SUMMIT, NJ — A section Morris Avenue is closed Wednesday afternoon due to a gas main break, according to an alert from Summit Police.

The road is closed between Norwood Avenue and Kent Place Boulevard, police said.

The road will remain closed through the evening rush hour. Detours are in place, and drivers should expect congestion in the area, police said.
