Hike Your Way Through A Haunted Summit
The strolls through the woods are free with two different paths each night.

SUMMIT, NJ — Summit's annual Haunted Hikes are being held on Friday and Saturday at Martin's Brook Park.
The strolls through the woods are free with two different paths each night. A "less scary" option for younger children takes place from 6 to 7 p.m. and is followed by a "super scary" trail from 7 to 8 p.m. with characters that jump out along the route.
Children in fourth grade or younger must be accompanied by an adult.

While the hikes are free, Summit Community Programs suggests a $5 donation upon entry.
Butler Parkway will be closed between Harley Road and Canoe Brook Place from 6 to 8 p.m. on both nights. Police will be coordinating traffic.

Driveways will not be able to be accessed. Residents are asked to park on neighboring side streets before the roads are closed.
