This franchise, which originated in New York City in 2008 and opened in <a href="http://16handles.com/store/summit.php" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Summit on Feb. 11</a>, is located at 88 Summit Ave. The event featured a balloon twister, face painting, raffles and prizes all throughout the day. Plus, the first visitors of the day received a free 5 oz. frozen yogurt, while customers received 16 percent off their purchase throughout the rest of the day.
