Summit Boys' Basketball Season Ends With Loss To Colonia

The Hilltoppers were knocked out of the State Tournament Tuesday night after losing 47-41 to Colonia.

The Summit Boys' Basketball team season ended all too early Tuesday night, as Colonia defeated the Hilltoppers 47-41 Tuesday night in the first round of the North 2, Group 3 State Tournament.

The 4th seeded Hilltoppers were missing senior point guard and leading scorer Ba'Shawn Mickens because of an ankle injury, according to The Star-Ledger. Mac Wiesner lead all scorers with 18 points.

Summit's season ends with a record of 18-6, while the 13th seeded Colonia advances to 10-15.
